About the role :
-Develop/Create a menu to complement style of business alongside Head Chef
-Support the Head Chef in food preparation, supplier management, food costings
-Assist in any of the kitchens, this may require assistance within or outside normal working hours
-Develop good relationships with Hall Staff
-Undertake project work & training to develop skills in food production
-Health, safety and licensing and meeting necessary compliance & reporting requirements
-Take responsibility for the adherence & compliance of all food hygiene legislation
-Have a full understanding and knowledge of food safety law
Salary:
55K/year
