About the business
United Swimming is a member of the TAESEUNG GROUP, established in 2012 as a dedicated swimming and aquatics program arm of the group specialising in designing and providing swimming and aquatic training programs to people of all ages and skill levels. We pride ourselves on the relationship we’ve built with our families and their loyalty is one of the reasons we have so many new families joining us.

Each week we assist over 3,000 students become safer and more confident in and around the water. Providing swimming and training programs for nearly a decade, United Swimming has developed programs and processes which makes us stand out from other swim school providers and from Learn to Swim to Competitive Squad Programs, we strive to create the best learning environment for all.

We have operating facilities located at the Presbyterian Ladies’ College, Sydney (PLC Sydney), Knox Grammar School Aquatic Centre (Wahroonga), Karonga School (Epping), Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre (Lidcombe), Fitness First Top Ryde Platinum (Top Ryde City Shopping Centre), North Ryde Fitness + Aquatic (North Ryde), The Hills School (Northmead), and Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre catering for a range of needs.

United Swimming is an AUSTSWIM recognised swim centre with Gold recognition since our establishment. United Swimming also built a solid presence within the Australian swimming scene, producing swimmers excelling at both Club and School swimming championships including the NSWPSSA and All Schools Swimming Championships (School State) as well as the School Sport
Australia Swimming Championships (School Nationals).

Together with PLC Sydney Swim Club, United Swimming has won the Club Premiership and ranked 1st in overall club point scores (out of over 260 swim clubs in NSW) at the 2021 NSW Junior State Championships held in March 2021. Along with the competitive stream available for students to progress their swimming, our learn to swim program is designed not only to provide students with an opportunity to excel into this stream, but also for students who wish to focus on water safety and swimming at a social sport level.

About the role :
-2~3weeks on the job training (min 20hrs)
-Training for accreditation (Swim Australia Teacher and /or AUSTSWIM --Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
-To work as a swimming instructor at United Swimming and our partner organisations, including Fitness First Australia and Belgravia Leisure Group.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
-1~3 years of work experience (Preferred/Experience can be gained through our on-the-job training program)
-AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety and/or Swim Australia Teacher
-First Aid & CPR Working with Children Check
-Intermidiate level of English and Basic level of Korean
-Photo is required with the application

-Weekdays : 2-5 hours between 3:30 - 9:00PM
-Weekends : 3-9 hours between 9:30AM - 6:30PM
(More hours of work can be provided if the staff is experienced and proficient in English)

Salary:
Full-time: $49,400~$65,208/year
