About the business
Happytel’s story began in 1995 as a small family-run company that dedicated itself to offering the right mobile solutions for every individual. Fast forward 25 years later, Happytel is now a global leader in mobile phone accessories and repairs with over 54 stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Happytel currently employs 310 employees, 48 of them based in the Head office and Warehouse in Sydney.

About the role:
-Support the retail function through the administration and coordination of all retail operations;
-Prepare and draw insights from retail data to benefit our internal and external stakeholders;
-Prepare and conduct operations training (including drafting operation training guide/manual and deliver to field staff);
-Maintain relationships with field managers and other stakeholders;
-Training on-site with store staff with new procedures;
-Manage store maintenance requests from field and organise with contractors;
-Business trip

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
-Minimum of 1-year experience within a similar industry including retail store operations and customer service
-A strong passion for retail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Fluent in English

Job Type:
Permanent Full time (3 months probation period)

Schedule:
4 weeks per year for Full Time; pro-rata-basis for Part-Time

Salary:
$52,000 - $55,000/38 hours per annum excluding superannuation
