About the business
Established in 2008, Digital and traditional marketing specialised agency for global motor vehicle manufacturing companies such as Hyundai and Kia Motors.
About the role :
-Accounts payable for overhead and receivable for job related
-Timesheet management and reporting
-Processing freelance payment
-Assisting Month-end and year-end reporting
-Assisting Quarterly & Yearly External Auditing
-Preparation of approvals for general purchase & IT purchase
-Assisting HQ Weekly & Monthly report
-Assisting CEO & CFO’s request
-Cash flow + company credit card management
-Monthly BAS Report
-Car lease management
-Assist in overhead accruals
-Assist in depreciation and prepayment report
-Assisting in Annual Budgeting - Overhead
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
-0~3 years of work experience
-Fluent in English and Korean
