Great opportunity to join No.1 Korean noodle company. Immediate start, this role will see you be a crucial support in the data and admin space. This position in an in-office role located in North Ryde. Work experience in an international trading company will be strong advantages for this position.
The Role
- Accurately and securely sort and file documentation for delivery
- Assist in document preparation and scanning as required
- Record and distribute documents as required
- Data entry into the system for file management
Skill and Experience
- Previous experience with data entry
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with excel is preferred, with the use of V-look ups and Pivot tables
