1. Casual cook ? 25-38 hours
- Kitchen all-rounder with focus on fryer section
- Need to have basic plating knowledge
- Will work in busy high paced environment
- Can work in team environment
- Will be rostered Mon-Sun (weekend availability is essential)
- Rates will depends on experience and qualification (RIA award)
2. CDP (Chef de partie) ? Full time
- All rounder in kitchen multiple sections
- Previous experience in hatted venue is beneficial.
- Clean and tidy manner
- Team person
- $67,422 + Super
3. Kitchen hand ? Casual
- Kitchen general duties
- Will be rostered Mon-sun (weekend availability is essential)
- Level 3 RIA award
