About the business
Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation (KOMIR) as one of the energy and resources enterprises, has its roots in the mining industry since it was established as the Korea Resources Corporation in 1967, In 2021, KORES consolidated with MIRECO and became KOMIR. Now KOMIR is covering the complete mining cycle from mine exploration to reclamation.
About the role :
Bookkeeping and month-end procedures
Assist auditors during audit procedures
PL & cash flow forecast
Management reporting to the head office in Korea
Tax compliance such as BAS and FBT
Liaising between local counter parties to the head office in Korea
Invoicing and payment transactions including payroll
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experience in accounting or related field preferred (but not essential)
Driver's License (but not essential)
Job Type: Full time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (38hrs/week)

Degree in Commerce (major in Accounting or Finance) or equivalent in Australian tertiary institution
