About the business
We are a brand new medical company that is opening multiple clinics around greater Sydney this year. We are have dedicated and experienced team of doctors, nurses and support staff that look to provide quality healthcare to our patients.
About the role :
Provide excellent customer service to doctors, allied health and patients
Work and perform tasks according to established routines, methods and procedures required for optimum daily operation of the clinic
Answer the phones, check in patients, take payments, answer patient enquiries
General administrative duties including filing, faxing and organising
Keep the practice and front desk organised and clean
Support all practitioners and nursing staff with administrative duties required
In collaboration with the reception team and practice manager, ensure that all daily tasks are completed and take responsibility for accurate completion of tasks assigned by the practice manager
Adhere to policies and procedures regarding clinical results and patient recalls
Able to triage patients requiring urgent care and deal with emergencies in accordance to set procedures
Take pride in clinic appearance and safety by performing general housekeeping and tidying in accordance with practice cleaning protocols
Maintain strict compliance with confidentiality policy and the Privacy Act 1988.
Perform other tasks and duties as provided by Practice Manager and Practice Principal
