About the role :
Loan Documentation and Credit Application
Request the data and public or non-public information for Due Diligence
Preparing for credit application report and the borrower's rating to head office
Loan documentations and reviewing the available documents
Disbursement the new deal and management the loan documents
Syndicated Loan Monitoring
Searching the new potential transactions
Researching the Australian Syndicated Loan market
Producing weekly market reports
Syndicated Loan administration
Disbursement in accordance with Credit Approval and Finance Documents
Interest/fee and repayment management
Covenant Checks, post management of syndicated Loan
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Enrty level or junior
CPA, CFA, FRM
Job Type: Full Time
Salary:
AUD 50,000~55,000
Schedule:
37.5 hours / week
Education:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting and law
English Level:
Fluent
