Dynamic Hire is specialist equipment hire company located in Peakhurst specialising in concrete surface preparation & industrial cleaning equipment. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated, good all rounder, with mechanical aptitude, high personal standards in delivering quality customer service backed by quality equipment presentation & performance.
About the role
This service person/driver position is a key role that has direct contact with our customers both in the branch and whilst on deliveries, it offers a wide variation of duties from customer service, equipment servicing and testing, onsite demonstrations, deliveries and using the hire system software to generate contracts. This role is an all round position offering different work challenges, ideally suited to individuals that take pride in problem solving, presenting solutions to deliver a successful outcome to our customers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress their career within the business as it continues to grow and position itself as the specialist equipment hire company of choice.
In commencing this role within the business, you will be part of a team that has over 30 years experience in the hire industry, continue to develop your knowledge through hands on training, supplier training & industry associations. Skills and experience
? A current unrestricted drivers license
? Previous experience in customer facing roles
? Demonstrate a flexible approach and 'can do' attitude
? Highly motivated & strive to achieve
? Proven ability to work effectively in a team
? Ability to deliver excellent customer service
? Confidently use computers for email, internet and basic MS Office
? Perform well under pressure
? Previous experience in capital equipment sales, diamond sales, concrete repair or flooring industry will be considered an advantage.
Due to the nature of the role, we require the successful candidate to be double vaccinated.

Salary: $65,000.00 ? $75,000.00 per year
