About the role :
Main responsibilities include:
level 1 support associated with a Service Desk role
providing support to internal users and solve simple problems and escalating if required in a timely manner.
maintaining, configuring and distribute the Standard Operating Environment which includes the installation and configuration of software.
setting simple/standard activities for user accounts, computers, mobile devices, and other ICT systems
Other important skills and attributes include:
knowledge (through work experience) in Microsoft Platforms such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Apps, and Microsoft Office 365
being able to multitask and escalate at the right point in time.
