Archiland Contractors is a leader in tile installation. We are focused on large-scale commercial projects by leading developers and builders in Australia. Our portfolio includes high profiled projects like Harold Park developments, Wentworth Point developments, and Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport.
Archiland Contractors is part of the Archilands group of companies, which focuses on
delivering premier tiling services and products to the property and construction industry. Archilands has been operational for over 20 years, initially providing tile installation services but has since expanded to encompass all aspects of tiling; tile import, supply, install and materials. Today, we are one of the top 10 tile installers and suppliers in the industry.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-organized estimator to join our team.
The roles and responsibilities include:
- Tender submissions, estimates and schedules for projects
- Liaise with clients and attend meetings as needed
- Manage in all aspects of contract administration
- Manage all team members
The successful candidate will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous estimating experience
- Outstanding time management, organisation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Focus on client satisfaction
This is a full time position, working 5 days a week: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Salary is negotiable based on qualification and experience.
