안녕하세요, 호주 전역에 직영 매장을 운영하고 있는 안경업체 1001 Optical 입니다.
St Leonards에 위치한 본사에서 Graduate Accountant를 모집하고 있습니다.
맡아서 하시게 될 업무는 아래와 같습니다.
- Maintaining day-to-day accounting records for the company
- Extensive daily transaction reconciliations via Xero
- Supporting/Processing the payroll
- Supporting/Processing the quarterly superannuation
- Invoicing/Data Entry/Data Filing
- Answering the phone
- Assisting stores
- Assisting the finance team, in their day-to-day activities
- Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly/monthly management accounts
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts (TAX)
The successful candidate must have a high degree of accuracy and be good at attending to details. Knowledge of Xero and MS Excel will be an advantage. This person must have an excellent command of the English language and the ability to articulate with clarity.
There would be the opportunity to support the application for a sponsorship visa if requires.
