We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Material Development Coordinator Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Material Development Coordinator in creating and managing educational materials for our company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Material Development Coordinator to create and organize educational materials for our company
Assist with the editing and proofreading of materials to ensure accuracy and quality
Manage the distribution of materials to internal and external stakeholders
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory
Assist with tutor management, including hiring, training, and scheduling of tutors
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to material development and tutor management
Provide administrative support to the Material Development Coordinator as needed
Requirements:
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English or related field, experience in material development, and TESOL certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in material development or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with tutor management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
