Bluelink - Air France KLM contact centre subsidiary are responsible to provide service on behalf of the prestigious airlines group Air France-KLM.
Air France-KLM has the most extensive route network between Europe and the rest of the world. Air France-KLM operates up to 2,300 daily flights and its Flying Blue frequent flyer programme is one of the leaders in Europe with over 15 million active members.
How will you be involved?
We support customers through every step of their journey when travelling with Air France-KLM. You will be making reservations, answering questions, providing after sales service and support for members of the loyalty program, Flying Blue. As a leading airline, loyalty program the service you provide to their most valued customers is key to their success. You will provide excellent service to its customers via multi channels interaction via the telephone, email, chat and social networks.
How will you make yourself a perfect fit?
·You are Bilingual in Korean/ English both written and oral
·You are Bilingual in Keigo Japanese/ English both written and oral
·You are Bilingual in French/English both written and oral
·You are passionate, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who wants to represent our Global Airline customer - AFKLM
·You have an empathic attitude and enjoys talking to people
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·Good organizational skill and attention to detail
·Computer skills and literacy essential
·Flexibility on roster work including weekends (Monday to Friday between 9am-9pm, weekend between 11am-7:30pm)
· MUST have unrestricted working rights. ** OPEN TO STUDENT VISA HOLDERS who can work full time hours **
