  • Hurex Pty Limited has experienced significant growth over the past 9 years through its provision of labor hire and cleaning services to clients in New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (QLD).
    Hurex is actively seeking to hire new employees to support its ongoing business growth.
    We are currently looking for a passionate and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our Admin team.

    1. Position:
    - Full-time Hurex Head Office Admin (Sydney)

    2. Job Responsibilities:
    1) Document and record management
    : Managing HR-related documents, contracts, forms, etc.
    2) HR data updates
    : Updating the database for new and existing employees.
    3) Support for HR processes
    : Support to management and colleagues including interstate office
    4) General HR support
    : Assisting with inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, and other general HR support tasks.
    : Being a point of contact for staff and customers/clients including handling enquiries and complaints
    5) Recruitment Coordinator
    : Attracting and actively searching for suitable talents through various channels and reviewing resumes.
    : Coordinating schedules and managing the progress of the recruitment process.

    3. Working Conditions:
    1) Employment Type: Permanent
    2) Location: North Sydney, Sydney NSW
    3) Working Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) 9:00am - 5:00pm
    4) Salary: $60,000
    * Please note that accommodation and transportation expenses will not be provided.

    4. Qualifications:
    - Excellent in both verbal and email communication skills in English
    - Good time management and organizational skills
    - Accuracy and attention to detail.
    - Friendly, mature, professional with a positive can-do attitude
    [Preferred]
    - Prior admin experience (please include in resume).
    - Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Powerpoint)
    - Ability to work for a long-term period.
