- Mon - Friday (9:00 - 5:30)
- From $68,000 ~ $75,000 + Superannuation Guarantee + Leave Entitlements
About the role:
? Preparing weekly key management performance reports to relevant stakeholders such as financial controller and other accounting team members.
? Preparing Profit and Loss statements for presentation to financial controller.
? Report weekly sales record and reconciliation.
? Report weekly cost analysis report.
? Report monthly inventory reconciliation report.
? Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
? Ensure accurate and timely Bank reconciliation.
? Address discrepancies / inconsistencies and ensure follow up in a timely manner.
? Identify process improvements in Accounts Payable and related processes to deliver efficiencies.
? Ad hoc duties as required
About you:
? PR or Citizen;
? 1-2 years' experience in a similar role;
? Experience in MYOB;
? An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
? Intermediate skills in MS Excel;
? Well-developed communications skills and the ability to stay patient, negotiate and proactively solve problems;
? Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills.
