RAY Australia is an Australian subsidiary of Ray, Inc., headquartered in Korea, and is a global company researching and developing dental digital 3D diagnostic equipment and 3D printers. Since its establishment in 2004, Ray has been dedicated to making a better world by providing reliable, innovative x-ray imaging solutions in dental & medical industry. Ray have set new standards of x-ray imaging solutions, leading the global market. We are looking for talented people to pioneer and lead the Australian / New Zealand market.
Main responsibilities include:
- Installation dental X-ray equipments
-Remote support by online
-Resolving customer issues in the areas of installation, repair, upgrades and maintenance
-Follow up testing and troubleshooting
-Follow up after sales leads and troubleshooting for maintaining dental X-Ray & CAD/CAM
-Prepare spare parts requests to equipment suppliers
-Travel intrastate
Successful candidate will have:
-Relevant experience in Dental imaging, CAD/CAM or related industries (Electronic, Electrical, Information Technology or Dental assistant, Lab technician, Radiographer)
-Well organized, self-motivated, well presented person to support customers
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal, and Korean speaking desirable but not essential)
-Driver License
