Job Title: Brand sales Assistant (B2B)
Job Overview:
As a Brand sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with one of the Korean leading brands in Beauty industry, personal care category, overseeing order coordination, paperwork, and ensuring timely delivery to our B2B clients.
This position involves actively participating in sales channel development, achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and handling day-to-day tasks at the head office.
You will also be responsible for creating English labels and engaging with overseas brands to fulfill their requirements.
· Korean speaking essential
Responsibilities:
- Brand Relationship Management, Cultivate relationships with Korean major brands.
- Liaise with overseas brand representatives to understand preferences.
- Coordinate all orders with accurate paperwork.
- Oversee and maintained logistics for timely B2B client delivery.
- Sales Channel Development
- Work towards set sales targets strategically and achieve Sales Target.
- Implement effective strategies for revenue enhancement.
- Order Coordination.
- Work close with in-house marketing team.
- Act as a liaison between the company and global brand partners.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Brand Meetings and Presentations.
- Sales reporting.
- Market Research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, order coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience in sales channel development and achieving targets.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
