<상세직무>
Support the Retail function through the administration and coordination of all retail operations;
Manage and draw insights from retail data and generate reports to share with relevant stakeholders
Maintain relationships with field Managers and other stakeholders;
Prepare and conduct operations training (including drafting operation training guide/manual and deliver to field employees);
Training on-site for store staff and managers regarding new procedures (including business trips);
Communicate with stores regarding store maintenance issues, liaise and organise with external contractors;
All other necessary tasks required to support the operation of the retail team
