We are THEECA Darlinghurst, one of the most young and vibrant venues in Sydney. We are a multi-venue, a daytime brunch cafe and a night-time wine bar. We are currently on the search for a restaurant & venue manager to lead our dinner services, who will also work closely with our event coordinator.
Duties:
* Opening & closing procedures
* Coordinating daily and function event operations - the candidate will work closely with the event coordinator for function events.
* Rostering
* Staff training
* Creating service reports
* Stocktaking and ordering
Essential Skills & Experience:
* RSA
* Great customer service & communication skills
* Excellent leadership & organisation skills
* Passion for the industry
Preferred Requirements:
* Bilingual capability - Fluent English & Korean, spoken and written
* Extensive knowledge of food & wine
* Function planning
Salary - Full Time
$70,000 pa + super, with yearly reviews.
