2) Sales Assistant - Role Overview

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organising meetings.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management and order processing.
- Coordinate logistics for shipments, including liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and customers.
- Support the finance department with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budget tracking.

3) Accounting Specialist (Part-time position) - Role Overview
As an Accounting Specialist at Daesang Australia, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounts, preparing payslips, conducting month-end processes, forecasting cash flow and managing working capital. Accounting Specialist will also handle assisting external auditors and tax agents, ensuring tax compliance, providing financial statements and management reporting to the head office in Korea and generating other ad hoc management and financial reports as required. We’re offering this role initially on a part-time basis. However, there is potential for this position to transition to a full-time role in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining day-to-day accounts, including bank accounts, payments, receipts, and ledger postings
- Preparing and delivering payslips and annual payment summaries in a timely manner
- Conducting month-end processes
- Forecasting cash flow on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Managing working capital effectively
- Liaising and assisting with external auditors and tax agents and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensuring tax compliance, such as BAS, PAYG, GST, FBT, Income Tax returns, and Transfer Pricing
- Providing financial statements and management reporting to the head office in Korea
- Generating other ad hoc management and financial reports as required
Ideal Candidate:
