I would like to express my huge interest in applying for the Nursing Staff position. I am currently working as support coordinator and Marketing manager in Dolbom group which provides NDIS supports for disabled. My clinical experiences in nursing placement and personal work experiences as support coordinator make me an ideal candidate for this position. I am good at managing the challenging situation with increasing client’s acuity. Also, I am dependable, highly motivated, autonomous, problem-solver and hard-working person.
Throughout my nursing education and experience of working for people with disability, I have honed my abilities in activities of daily living assistance, monitoring patient’s health condition, supporting patient’s to achieve their goals and managing medication. Also, I have been able to developed skills like doing ECG, wound dressings and subcutaneous injections. Most importantly, I have been able to build up a positive and effective relationships with all of health professionals and patients. Hence, I believe that the critical thinking skills and team work skills obtained during my degree, my compassion and commitment to providing person-centered care make me a valuable candidate to this place center renowned reputation of patient care and quality,
For customer service mind as a Registered Nurse, I will be responsible and accessible to my client. At work, I take a time to listen, use appropriate language or touch and take care of my client in timely manner. Most importantly, I will respect and be honest to every single patients and staff members.
I will promise that I will provide my patients with my best practice and quality of care. I always keen to learn new skills and knowledge. If I come across certain nursing practice which is beyond my expertise, I do not hesitate to search them up and refer to recent nursing policy and procedure.
