The bistro is situation in Berala Hotel with great kitchen environment.
We serve Modern Australian Cuisine and Fusion Korean Cuisine.
We are seeking a chef with minimum 5 years experience and role and responsibility will include;
-strong food knowledge in western cuisine
-able to create and design new exciting dishes weekly and seasonally
-on occasions working alone
-high level of organisation skills and ability to work under pressure
-ensure adequate level of stock prepared for service
-maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment
-assist in ordering and stock taking
-able to work weekends and public holidays
