·Maintain day to day running accounts, including bank accounts, payments, and receipts, ledger posting
·Preparation and timely delivery of payslips and annual payment summaries
·Month-end process including intercompany journal and accrual
·Cash flow forecasting, monthly/quarterly, and annual income forecast
·Working capital management
·Co-operate with and assist external and internal auditors as required
·Tax compliance such as BAS, PAYG, GST, FBT, Income Tax return, and Transfer Pricing
·Management reporting to the head office in Korea
·Other ad hoc Management and Financial reports as required
·Provides administrative supports to ensure efficient operation of the office
·Support teams by performing research related to new investment
The Right person
·Degree in Commerce (major in Accounting or Finance) or equivalent in Australian tertiary institution
·Working towards/willingness to undergo CPA or CA qualification
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to meet strict deadlines
·Be committed to working flexible hours, particularly during month-end
·You execute tasks accurately with the thorough process and great attention to detail
·Experience working with SAP, Xero, STP, and intermediate Excel skills
·Strong written, verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
·Graduate Visa, Permanent residency, or citizenship in Australia
